"I have found that a lot of depression is a result from what people think about. What you think about you end up feeling. What you end up feeling is what you end up doing. Sometimes, if a person changes what they are thinking about, the depression lifts, and they have a more positive outlook. Plus, I think depression also occurs because people don't know how to accept what they cannot change, and they don't really give much thought to what they can change. Change what you can change. Let go of what you cannot change."-Doris Little
