Yesterday, at the clinic I volunteer at, I shared these words with a male patient, who has been single again for 17 years. The words left me misty-eyed, and they left him speechless..."Maybe the happy ending isn't about finding a wonderful guy or, in your case, a wonderful woman. Maybe the happy ending is...we never gave up hope."
